Previously, he served as the Controller at Avon Cosmetics in Brazil for 11 years where he managed various aspects of this startup joint venture, including the administrative, financial, business operations, imports and logistics needs. In addition, Ismael worked in financial advisory services at renowned international entities such as Mercedes Benz, Itau Bank and Bradesco Bank.

In addition to Ismael’s business operations experience, he also served on the board of ABEVD – Brazilian Association of Direct Sales.
