Andre is an attorney who graduated from the Marista University of Mérida with a Master’s degree in Financial Management. He was also an exchange student at the University of Barcelona, Spain.
He has experience in Foreign investment in Mexico, Notary Law, Corporate Law, Real Estate Law, Wills, Industrial Property, Intellectual Property, Family businesses and Corporate Governance.
He is an outside counsel for the Mexico practice area of Braumiller Law Group. He is also the founding and managing partner of ANDUM Consultores, a law firm specializing in the development of projects in Corporate Legal Consulting, investment in Mexico, implementation of corporate governance systems and institutionalization of family businesses.
He is Member of the National Association of Business Lawyers, Yucatan Section, School of Lawyers A.C., as well as author of various publications in business-focused magazines.
