Brandon’s experience includes researching classification issues, drafting Section 301 comments and exclusion requests, and assisting with a wide range of import, export, and other international trade compliance issues. Specifically, researching complex classification issues, assisting client with the proper country of origin determinations, drafting Section 301 comments and exclusion requests, assisting clients with obtaining refunds through the submission of protests for various issues, researching and advising clients of relevant anti-dumping and countervailing duty laws, working with clients to obtain seized merchandise from Customs, assisting clients with submitting prior disclosures to Customs, assisting clients with submitting voluntary-self disclosures to BIS and Census, assisting with a wide range of other import, export, and international trade compliance issues.
Credentials
Brandon earned his J.D. from Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, VA. Before ASL, Brandon attended Charlotte School of Law where he was on Law Review and a member of the Honors Program. Prior to his legal studies, Brandon attended Fairleigh Dickinson University and received his B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Sports Administration.
