Sam C. Webb is Of Counsel at Braumiller Law Group where his practice is devoted to strategic domestic and international business counsel, especially tax planning and international trade regulatory counsel. Sam is an expert on Foreign Trade Zones (FTZs), speaking on FTZs at the Port of Houston and National Association of Foreign Trade Zones Annual Conference and counseling clients on all aspects of FTZs.
Early in his career, Sam was a Team Leader at an international consulting firm providing tax and foreign trade advisory services to Fortune 500 clients, primarily focused on reducing tax and duty burdens through FTZs, Miscellaneous Tariff Bill (MTB), and duty drawback. He has also drafted model tax legislation and given legislative testimony.
Sam devotes his extracurricular time to ministry, education, and family. He serves in leadership in his local church and on the management team of the African Business Institute in Malawi and Uganda. In addition, Mr. Webb serves as an adjunct faculty at Trinity Law School and other universities. Most importantly, Mr. Webb is married to Lindsey and they have three kids and he most enjoys great adventures with them.
