Spark Compliance Consulting is dedicated to working with its clients to create, maintain, and optimize world-class compliance & ethics programs that not only drive business success, but spark positive change throughout these organizations.

Founder and Managing Director Kristy Grant-Hart, a former Chief Compliance Officer and author of How to be a Wildly Effective Compliance Officer, opened Spark’s first office in London.  Within six months operations expanded and Spark opened its first U.S. office in Los Angeles.  Spark Compliance Consultants are experienced professionals who collectively have trained and structured compliance programs in nearly 40 countries on five continents.

The Braumiller and Spark teams come together with the shared goal of providing exemplary service.
